We are not a company that prescribes diagnostic testing, assessments or screenings. We do not use a “one size fits all” program as if every kid learns the same way.

Instead, we are a company that recognizes and celebrates the individual characteristics and learning styles of our students. We emphasis the value of making personal connections with our students, helping them first to establish a belief in themselves that they can succeed with whatever academic challenges they face. Students are people, not widgets. Quite often the only thing that separates a student from success is the opportunity to connect with another individual who is understanding, patient, committed and well qualified in the specific subject area.

Our employees not only agree with our philosophy and mission, they live it and model it in their teaching. Although it is important that our tutors possess a deep understanding of the content for which they help their students, a philosophical match with our mission and proven ability to work with children is absolutely critical.

We believe that students should understand what they are being taught and teaching to understanding requires our tutors to know his/her students well.
